Last updated: July 12, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Check EFI ("Check EFI," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit our marketing website (the "Site"). Our online verification portal at app.checkefi.com is governed by the agreement between Check EFI and your organization.

Information you provide
When you submit our contact / sales form, we collect the information you enter, such as your name, work email, company name, business type, estimated monthly volume, and any message you send us.
Information collected automatically
When you browse the Site, we and our analytics provider may collect standard technical and usage data, including your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring URLs, and interactions with the Site. This is collected via cookies and similar technologies — see our Cookie Policy.
2. How we use information
- To respond to your enquiries and provide sales information you request.
- To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site.
- To measure and understand Site traffic and performance (only with your consent for analytics cookies).
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security issues.
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies. Essential cookies are required for the Site to function. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) are only used after you accept them via our cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie preferences link in the footer. See our Cookie Policy for details.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:

- Legal and safety reasons — to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect the rights, property, or safety of Check EFI, our users, or the public.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
5. Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)
We do not sell or "share" (for cross-context behavioral advertising) your personal information, and we do not knowingly process the personal information of consumers under 16 for such purposes.

6. Other US state privacy rights
Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws (including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and others) may have similar rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of their personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising or profiling.
