This Privacy Policy explains how Check EFI ("Check EFI," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit our marketing website (the "Site"). Our online verification portal at app.checkefi.com is governed by the agreement between Check EFI and your organization.

When you submit our contact / sales form, we collect the information you enter, such as your name, work email, company name, business type, estimated monthly volume, and any message you send us.

When you browse the Site, we and our analytics provider may collect standard technical and usage data, including your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring URLs, and interactions with the Site. This is collected via cookies and similar technologies — see our Cookie Policy.

2. How we use information

To respond to your enquiries and provide sales information you request.
To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site.
To measure and understand Site traffic and performance (only with your consent for analytics cookies).

We do not sell or "share" (for cross-context behavioral advertising) your personal information, and we do not knowingly process the personal information of consumers under 16 for such purposes.

Where required by law, we honor opt-out preference signals such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC) transmitted by your browser.
